Two sets of tires, two shorts/bibs, one chain and one rear cog set.

Heavy duty calorie intake last night - road more than 100 k before fueling up ( milk shake along the way excepted). Started day with cool/big climb out of Osoyoos and then up, down, and around. Good climb again first thing in the morning. Bike doing ok - need to find a way to tighten back platform. My left still tweaked - possible ligament strain on first day - but seems stable. Congrats Peter.......amazing accomplishment. How much weight did you lose

Amazing ride, Pete! Can't believe the time you are making. Impressive all around.

Drinking beer on the canal in Amsterdam while reading your posts..... New Brunswick already....amazing!!

You have. Gone a long way. You deserve a break

Careful on the next leg from Sault Ste. Marie to Sudbury. I understand it's not the friendliest place for bikes. Please say hi to my hometown of Sudbury from me. Chris (from TrackMyTour)

So did u decide between the 11 and the 17. I see you are almost at the junction

Looks like a great trip man! Cycle on!

Have a great trip! A cross Canada tour is something I always dreamed of doing. Safe travels and have fun! Chris (from TrackMyTour).
